Visit to O-Med groves where we teach varieties and olive trees. There will be a visit to the O-Med mill. We will finish with a tasting of all the O-Med oils: arbequina, picual, smoked Yuzu and truffle.

We will continue with a tasting of all O-Med oils and we end with a tasting of tapas from the area whose main ingredient will be the extra virgin olive oil.

There will be a visit to the O-Med Mill and an explanation of the production of extra virgin olive oil. We will end the visit with an authentic picnic among our family olive groves and enjoying nature and wonderful views of the Sierra Nevada.

We end the visit with a full gastronomic experience in which to enjoy the process of “from the olive grove to the plate.” Exclusive gastronomic menus where you can enjoy the application of our oils in dishes with a unique flavor.

In addition, we offer the possibility of renting the space for the organization of events for up to 100 people (conferences, training, personalized events or guided tastings, visits from chefs and importers…)

A commented tasting of our O-Med oils in their different varieties, where the basic principles of sensory analysis will be explained: olfactory, gustatory and retronasal sensations.
