Our mission at Omed is to immerse you in the culture of extra virgin olive oil through our unique experience.

Choose your experience

Visit & Tasting

There will be a visit to the O-Med Mill and an explanation of the production of extra virgin olive oil. We will end with a tasting of 4 extra virgin olive oils from O-Med.

Olive grove, Guided visit & Tasting

Visit to O-Med olive grove where we teach varieties and olive trees. There will be a visit to the O-Med Mill. We will finish with a tasting of all the O-Med oils: arbequina, picual, smoked Yuzu and truffle.

Guided tour, Tasting & Pairing

There will be a visit to the O-Med Mill. We will continue with a tasting of all O-Med oils. and we end with a tasting of tapas from the area whose main ingredient will be the extra virgin olive oil.

Gastroexperience

Integral visit of the mill and its architecture. Tasting of all our EVOOs (6 varieties) and vinegar tasting. We culminate the visit with lunch/dinner/breakfast facing the Sierra Nevada in our spectacular showcooking kitchen.

The Mill is a unique space where you can fully immerse yourself in the entire process: receiving the fruit, cleaning, grinding, shaking and extraction, right through to storing and packaging.

In addition, we offer the possibility of renting the space for the organization of events for up to 100 people -conferences, training, personalized events or guided tastings, visits from chefs and importers…- with the aim that our clients can enjoy a complete and exclusive experience.

Welcome to our tour of the O-Med mill! In this video we show you a small part of our world.

At O-Med we are committed to olive oil tourism, which is why we want to offer you an unforgettable and complete experience around olive oil and show you why our oils are so special.

Our oils are recognized in most of the world for their quality and on this tour you will be able to see the complete process of their production, from the olive harvest to their final packaging. In addition, we will take you through a tour of the wonderful olive groves that surround our mill and we will end with an olive oil tasting to learn about and taste the different varieties. We will give you tricks to use the oil in your kitchen and how to incorporate it into your own recipes.
